The house felt like family and we were warmly welcomed by feel of the home when walked in. This was one of best vacations we have enjoyed in Colorado so far. If you have questions about the cameras, please ask. This property has 5 outside security cameras which surround the entire perimeter of the house. The host has no control over how VRBO presents these or any other fees such as the pool fee.

In the quote from VRBO, they call it an "Additional Guest Fee", whereas the host includes it in the rent. Each additional guest is charged $30.00 per person/per night. Our base rate is dependent upon 1-2 guests. It also takes into consideration that there is a base rate as well as additional guest fees over the base rate. The "Avg Rate" takes into consideration that this property has a high season rate and a low season rate and averages out over a period of 364-365 nights a year. Please be advised that VRBO's presentation of the nightly rate is not always accurate. Contact the property manager today and we will make the process easy and seamless for you.

Don't miss your chance to relax and recharge at a one-of-a-king, geothermal property, located in the valley between two world-famous 14, 0000-foot mountains in Colorado, USA. Guests are encouraged to bring their own water toys, beach towels, and any other accessories they wish to use in the pool as we do to provide those items. A rental agreement and waiver-release agreement are required when making a reservation. While children are welcome, guests assume all liability for themselves and those in their party. We do provide regular pool maintenance, however, there is no lifeguard on duty. Our well-manicured lawn is somewhat of a rarity in the high Rockies. With approximately 300 feet of creekside frontage, guests can fish from the banks of Chalk Creek, however, Wrights Lake and Chalk Lake are both local favorites, and just up the road from the property. As an added bonus, this private property has two freshwater ponds with Rainbow Trout (no fishing allowed from the pond), and large willow trees, which lend their name to the property. Temperatures in the soaking pool can be adjusted to the guests' desired preference. The natural rock soaking pool, also heated geothermally and creekside, will bring peace and balance to your life as you unhook and unwind. A relaxing place to soak up the sun while relaxing in a private and peaceful environment. The swimming pool is maintained at a warm temperature that is not too hot for swimming. Enjoy swimming year-round in the full-size geothermal swimming pool, which is surrounded by a pool deck and zero gravity deck chairs. Guests love the amenities inside the house, but the outside of this property is what makes it so unique. If you don't wish to cook, the Mary Murphy Steak House is also within walking distance and serves 3 spectacular meals a day. Princeton Grocery Store is within walking distance and has a limited supply of groceries. For those who love to cook outside, a gas grill is available. Dine inside at one of the two dining tables, or move everyone outside to the deck, or even creekside to the gazebo. The views are spectacular! Ideally situated on Chalk Creek, this lodging features a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom sprawling house with a well-equipped galley kitchen, a large living room, and an oversized rec room with a regulation-sized pool table. Although the location was convenient, I didn’t feel safe and if you stay, I’d keep your items in a cooler locked in your room rather than in the shared fridge.Whispering Willows is a one-of-a-kind, a PRIVATE mini-resort, vacation rental located in the valley between Mt. The locks were the number passcodes and outside door to our room was very difficult to lock and looked like someone had tried to kick it in at some point. Locks to doors weren’t super secure either. Sad and disappointed that someone chose to steal.

I love the Hotsprings and prefer Cottonwood to the other resorts because of the views and natural pools/healing minerals. No one was there or appeared to be around when we arrived. There’s no way anyone could’ve gotten mixed up because there was NO food in fridge when we arrived. We had purchased an $18 steak and some nice salmon to grill for dinner, and the meat was gone when we got back. We stayed one night at the Terra Verde property which is owned by Cottonwood Hotsprings and about 1.5 miles down the road from Cottonwood Hotsprings Check in was at the Hotsprings do we checked in there first and ran back to get settled, drop off groceries and change into our swimsuits.
